On her wedding day, bluestocking spinster Lady Olympia Hightower is quite nervous to be marrying Ashmont, one of of the three libertine dukes known collectively as "Their Dis-Graces. Fortified with brandy laced tea, then brandy on its own, Olympia gives in to her misgivings and bolts. Ripley, having been put in charge of wedding details for his fellow duke, takes off to chase the runaway bride and they end up going places they never expected. Enjoyable, smart characters make this late Regency era romance an enticing read.
