The house is still not completely finished but is quite comfortable. Warm in the winter and cool in the summer. We have been using approximately 250 gallons of propane per year for cooking, heating hot water with the on demand hot water heater, and running a space heater in the bathroom for those pre-dawn showers in the winter.
